Power is supplied by soundproof generator and 220 volts round a clock current transfer aboard. To communicate or navigate Rani II live-aboard vessel carries mobile telephone and CB radio.

A separate diving dhoni fitted with rental equipment and compressor takes passengers to diving sites. An expert diving instructor knows the best dive site teeming with coral reefs and concentrating affluent aquatic species. Safety equipments are also stowed on the dhoni.
